We may collect personal information directly from you, for example through a web form, while registering to bid on any of our auctions, when you contact us for customer support, or upon payment for auction items. Personal information we collect directly from you may include:
- First and last name
- Mailing and shipping address

- Phone number
- Billing information (processed securely by Stripe)
Information Collected From Your Device
Our website may use tracking technologies such as cookies, web beacons, pixels, and other similar technologies to automatically collect certain information from your device, including your IP address, geographic location, referring website address, browser type and version, and other information about how you interact with the Site. Our email campaigns may also use tracking technologies such as web beacons, pixels, and other similar technologies to automatically collect certain information such as your IP address, browser type and version, and email engagement statistics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use information collected directly from you to:
- Process auction registrations, bids, and payments
- Provide customer service and support
- Send transactional communications (invoices, shipping confirmations, outbid notifications)
- Market our upcoming auctions, products, and services to you, including by email and text message, subject to your consent
- Send abandoned cart reminders if you added items but did not complete checkout
We use information collected automatically from your device to provide and optimize our website and to assist with our advertising and marketing efforts.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We may use third-party service providers to assist us with providing and marketing our products and services to you, and we may share your information with such third parties for these limited purposes:
- Stripe is our payment processor. Stripe uses and processes your payment information in accordance with its privacy policy available at stripe.com/privacy. We never store your full credit card number on our servers.
- Supabase provides our database and authentication infrastructure. Your account information is stored securely in accordance with industry-standard practices.
- Resend is used for transactional email delivery (invoices, outbid notifications, winner notifications).
- Vercel hosts our website and processes web requests in accordance with its privacy policy.
- Google Ads may be used to help us understand how visitors interact with our website and to serve relevant advertisements.
We may also share your personal information if necessary to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
4. Email and Text Message Communications
If you wish to unsubscribe from our email campaigns, please click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email sent from us.

All payment information is processed through Stripe's PCI Level 1 certified infrastructure and is never stored on our servers. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services to you, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Auction transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with applicable tax and business record-keeping requirements.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
